Entry Fields

In the Goal Number field, enter the goal number you are trying to achieve. For example, if your goal is to lose weight, enter your goal weight. If your goal is saving money, enter the amount you want to save.

Use the Number Description to indicate the unit of measure which describes your goal. For example, if saving money, enter currency: dollars, euro, pound, etc. If this field is not filled in, "units" is used.

In the Current Progress Number, enter the number which reflects where you are today. For example, if your goal is to reach 130 pounds, and your current weight is 150 pounds, enter 150. Similarly, if your goal is to save a certain amount of money, enter how much money is saved as of today.

Start At Number the starting value (amount, or quantity) for the goal. Examples: if saving money, enter how much money you had when you set your goal; if nothing, you'd enter 0. If dieting, how much you weighed when you started the diet.

Person's Name - Fill in this field if calculating goal progress for someone other than yourself.
